Published December 2, 2009 Top 5 Buckeye Men's Basketball Games To SeeIt's the middle of the Big Ten/ACC challenge and our beloved Buckeyes are facing the Florida State Seminoles later tonight. I unfortunately will not be at that game. I did however attend the game against Lipscomb on November 24th. It was a sloppy win but it was a win. I also noticed there were a few empty seats. Okay, maybe more than a few. I'm sure when the Big Ten games come around there will be more butts in them seats. But just to make sure I've come of 5 can't miss games. Pick one (or all) and get your tickets. In no particular order: 1. Saturday, January 16th vs. Wisconsin. This is the second meeting between these teams and since it is apparently rather difficult for us to win in Madison, this game might be payback. Either way, Wisconsin is always a good team to play and should be a good game to watch. 2. Saturday, February 27th vs. Michigan. Who doesn't want to yell at some Michigan fans whenever they can? 3. Wednesday, February 17th vs. Purdue. They beat us in the Big Ten Tournament Championship game and then Siena happened. I'm not over that. This is also the second time we will see them this year. 4. Sunday, January 21st vs. Minnesota. Tubby Smith comes to town. He's turning the Minnesota team around. Should be a good one. 5. Wednesday, March 3rd vs. Illinois. Do we play Illinois at the end of the season every year? It seems like it. Can't miss the season ender. It could be the last time we see Evan Turner at Value City Arena. So head over to StubHub or Vivid Seats or where ever you get those tickets. For a list of the 2009 - 2010 schedule click here.
