Published February 12, 2009 What's Wrong with the Cavs? The question has seemed to be popping up all over the place lately. After the Lakers completed their season sweep and earned the first victory for an opposing club at the Q, on top of the controversial loss to Indiana, everyone seems to be asking, "What’s wrong with the Cavs?" They did reaffirm themselves Wednesday with a convincing win over Phoenix - a team that has given them fits over the last few years. No Steve Nash changes the dynamic of that team though...So again, what's wrong with the Cavs? No Sasha Pavlovic and Delonte West take away a lot of the depth they have. A glaring issue that has been exploited is the lack of a big man who can score. Joe Smith where are you? I guess Cavs fans need to hold back and not write off a team after a few losses. No team is perfect - especially in February - and that's what makes the anticipation for the postseason so heavy. The Lakers are without Bynum - maybe for the rest of the year. Boston's bench lacks depth and scoring. Detroit has no chemistry. San Antonio is old. Orlando is young. Everyone has to overcome some adversity for this year's title. It's anyone's ballgame. The Cavs could use some help off the bench in the post, there is no denying that. But they'll need to compensate for that - just like everyone else in regards to their deficiencies. But who will compensate the best? We'll see in June.

Nothing's wrong with them, and they'll win the NBA title if they stay healthy. LeBron won't be denied this year.
